Quit Smoking


   Have you tried to quit smoking?  Did you try Cold Turkey?  With gum or the patch?  Most ex-smokers stop smoking on the 6th or 7th try, and 80 percent of those who stop do so because of a health problem.  The good news is, is that hypnosis is an effective method to use to quit for good.  Hypnosis is a healthy alternative unlike the patch or gum, and easier than going Cold Turkey.  In session Natasha will focus on

  • Elimanating withdrawal symptoms
  • Discuss rituals and association with smoking (lighting up when in the car)
  • Imagery to create a new life without cigaretts

 

Lose Weight

   It is possible to lose weight with a combination of hypnosis and behavior therapy.  There are so many aspects to look at when trying to lose weight, for example, 

  • Childhood conditioning (eat everything on your plate)
  • Personal Genetics
  • Diabeties, heart conditions, high blood pressure, menopause, ect.
  • occupations that allow little movement or time for exercise
  • Stress
  • Relationship with food
